WaterPump GL1200 / GL1100 / GL1000

Aftermarket water pump that fits all years of the GL1000, GL1100 and GL1200 replacing OEM 19200-MG9-681.

water pump meets or exceeds OEM standards. The stainless steel body is more resistance to ethylene glycol (antifreeze or coolant) than the OEM’s Zamac. Every impeller is inspected and the water pump vacuum-pressure tested prior to shipment.

When you order the water pump from us, You also receive the two original O-rings 91305-KT7-003 and 91356-706-000, which you have to use when installing the water pump!

Be sure, also to order a new water pump sealing kit, then changing the water pump.

WATER PUMP DISCLAIMER:  Every impeller is inspected and the water pump vacuum-pressure tested prior to shipment. Use of liquid, spray, gel lubricant, cleaner or solvent to install that may damage internal seals and external O-rings resulting in possible premature pump failure. Use any of the foregoing could void any replacement or warranty claim. A water pump install is not easy and great pains should be taken to avoid nicking the oil seal when inserting it into the tight water pump chamber. Note that some O-rings appear to be the same size but are not. Be certain to match and sequence your O-rings in their correct locations. We cannot be responsible for mishandling of the pump, O-rings and gaskets during installation.

Our Water Pump Meets or Exceeds OEM Standards. The stainless steel body is more resistance to ethylene glycol (antifreeze or coolant) than the OEM’s Zamac. Every impeller is inspected and the water pump O-ring is installed on the pump with an application of grease. The water pump is inserted into the vacuum chamber where it is tested under 20 pounds of vacuum-pressure for 8 hours or more to ensure the inner seals are intact. A typical water pump is subjected to 12 pounds of water pressure.
